Are they the same contents with different labels? Looks like it, but I do not have the 98mm hardware or the 75mm consumables handy to check precisely.

nothing official but I have heard from some folks, sounds like they are literally the same

75 mm should be 1.5" long, 98 mm should be 2" long. Otherwise the same.

hah! doh. that would be significant.

I suppose you could still cut down the 98s or space out the 75s if need be (certification weenies notwithstanding)

CTI doesn't document this publicly, at least not to my knowledge, but AT usually does and they are (mostly) cross compatible in 75mm and 98mm.
