Very nice! What material did you use for the green?
I have a variety of threads that I use for wrapping ferrels on fishing rods. Some of them are glitter. The black is just a strand of carbon tow.E9CD15DD-1F67-4945-8E93-A1A3C82A0E25.jpeg993E3D67-9AC5-4021-9DB5-F86353834095.jpeg

That is awesome! I've been on sabbatical from rocketry for awhile now but I've done some CF hand rolled tubes in the past. This looks like a sleeve from sollar composites. Am I right? Anyway, fantastic work!

Gorgeous!!!! No clue about the strength, but your work is just plain beautiful. I bet its 'strong as ox' as well, but, dang, no question its simply a step (or 12) above anything I've ever seen with my own eyes.

If you did a tutorial thread on getting a finish like that with composites, I would read and enjoy trying to do it myself, even though I'm sure it wouldn't turn out like THAT!!!

Sandy.
