Car Audio Recommendations

So two years ago, the wife goes out and on a whim replaces the radio in her Honda CR-V with a unit from Best Buy. It's got Sirius satellite, CD and iPod capabilities. Now she's not satisifed with it.

Anyone out there got a recommendation for an audio installer they'd recommend? It's the iPod she really wants to work well, and this unit has been not very nice to her (don't have the details, just hear the complaints and frustrations).
