Been having this problem intermittently for a couple days, now. I am using the attachments function to insert images. Uploads fail and show the orange exclamation mark. This method always worked for me in the past. The images are about 100 KB. I tried Chrome and IE.

Yep, I was just checking in and see this issue. I'm getting a message to tech guy.

Thanks for posting here so I have some idea of how long it's been going on.

It worked briefly for me on Dec 23 in the morning. Prior to that - nada. After that - also nada.

These image uploads/inserts seem like a a never-ending issue with this forum.

So, how is everybody adding attachments to their posts? From websites?

It was working fine for me up until last night. Images however are uploaded to flickr.com first, then linked here.

I use shutterbug for offsite picture hosting. I do almost all my socializing from my iPhone. The shutterbug app provides a handy IMG bbcode link. The Flickr website does the same, but I couldn't make the app do it.

I use the offsite hosting more for YORF, but TRF occasionally refuses to accept uploads. Like now. Just tried.

I see them also, and agree TMI on your Tripoli card.

Can you see my pics?

The Internet is full of people. And some of them are nice, others not as much?
Agreed, but physical address is the single most easily found datum about all of us because it's published in machine readable form in the online white pages for everyone who has ever had a landline.
For me it has also been part of our NAR section and www.bigskyrocketry.org info for nearly 15 years.

This is one datum that's impossible to keep secret, so I don't. Other data I'm much more cautious about.

Hey if you've considered it and come to terms with your choices, awesome. I know there's a lot of dots out there about me as well, I just try not to connect 'em as much as possible.

I appreciate that. Happy St. Steven's Day.

There was about a day of issues uploading photos/images. We had to wait a bit for the tech to get to fixing things as it was Christmas and his wife was having a baby on the 24th.

But, it's working now. Thanks for being patient.

If it was a girl, I hope they named her Eve

Thanks for the update!
