This one looks like a great candidate for easy recreation using OpenSCAD. I'd put a groove around the periphery for the o-ring. Another idea: a slider ring to reduce 'chute opening shock with slits radiating from the inside diameter with rounded edges on the shroud line holes to prevent abrasion damage.:
