Can anyone identify this rocket/artillery shell?

I saw this rocket or artillery shell in a news report today about the Russian invasion of Ukraine. I was wondering if anyone could identify it:



Based on its size I'm thinking maybe either a shoulder mount rocket or artillery shell of some kind. The way the fins are the same diameter as the bulge in the front seems like its designed to be fired from some sort of a barrel or tube. Looks like it has 8 fins.

Looks like a mortar round with propellant attached (below fins). Probably in the 60-80mm size range.

You're right, it does look like a mortar round now that you mention it.

It's either a bazooka round or a recoilless rifle round.
