Hello everyone!
I don't know whether I can ask this silly question for this amazing community.Anyways...
I would like to know how to build body and nose of my model rocket from scratch.
I mean which materials to use for it and cheap way of doing it.
Hope,You'll answer this!

Hello Mohinish,
A quick search turned up this:
https://www.instructables.com/id/Make-your-own-Kraft-Paper-Tubes/
It is much easier to use wet-and-stick gummed paper tape (non-reinforced, see https://www.papermart.com/intertape-heavy-duty-gummed-paper-tape/id=4780 ) than kraft paper and glue.

As for nose cones, the most common materials are balsa wood, paper, and extruded styrofoam ("beadboard" is very messy but can be used; blue or pink insulating board from a home improvement center is better. Essentially, you buy or make a block of foam or balsa, drill a hole for a dowel, glue in the dowel, and when the glue is dry you chuck the dowel in a hand drill or drill press and sand it to shape.

That being said, you'll probably spend more for the materials and the initial trial-and-error of making tubes and nose cones than you would by buying the materials from a vendor such as eRockets. Where are you located?

Phenolic, balsa, mailing tubes, PVC pipe. Think about what things are available to you that are cylindrical. Woods are available at hobby stores. Know anyone with tools you can borrow or use?

You easily make veything you need out of card stock paper.
