Building a tube

Hello,

I've searched around for some info about building tubes, but I don't know wich method I should use.
I want to make a tube of carbon fiber, fiberglass or kevlar.
What should I use and where can I get it (in the Netherlands )?
I guess I have to make a base of one of those materials and than use epoxy?
