I wish. A very cool kit. Looks to be made of two lightweight 4 ACE 4" cones and a very short piece of tubing. Wish I had one.

You mean like the ACE FUGUE in this LDRS 2 (shirts optional) photo gallery?https://www.northernohiotra.com/history/ldrsgallery2.html It doesn't look like 4 inch to me. The specs are on the US rockets site. The hardest part would be the boat tail. Do a search on rocketryplanet for ACE Fugue shroud. There is a thread over there that describes the method. I used the ACE fugue shroud method to make a 4 inch to 38 mm boat tail on a BT 101 rocket.
