Just finished my Pershing 1a from Boyce Aerospace.
BT-80 based, kit build fairly quickly.
The 3 piece nose comes with the majority of the sanding already done. The cable covers, fins and charge retainer require more sanding but not so much that it becomes a pain.
24mm Motor mount had two 3D printed rings, a screw on engine retainer and a unique tie down space of top of the upper ring to attach the kevlar shock cord mount in a loop that should eliminate any tube zippering.
The Boyce’s include both launch lugs and rail buttons along with an extra of each fins in case you damage at launch. Decals are StickerShock and Marks typical quality.
Super kit and nice to have a Pershing in this scale.
Finished kit is 27 1/4” tall and weighs 6.6 ounces with out engine. Designed to fly on E-9.
