I don't have it, but the only one that comes to mind is Modern High-Power Rocketry www.modernhpr.com. For what it covers it has gotten good reviews. IIRC the review I saw was critical on some areas being omitted to not covered in depth. I can't remember what these were. At $25 it should be well worth the money. The come back to TRF to fill in the gaps :)

I'll vouch for Modern High Powered Rocketry also. For someone new to HPR there is a lot of great info in there. Even for someone with a lot of knowledge it's a good reference from time to time and has tons of cool photos. :)

Is there any books out which cover more advanced techniques, or is this pretty much the book?

For one book with the most amount of the most relevant material in one place, this is it. After that, peoples' web pages and discussions here and elsewhere will be the next best bets. The book will teach you what they're talking about.
