Book or DVD on building rocket motors ?

I'm sure there are a few but discussion of how motors are made and their formulation is not up for grabs on TRF there are a couple EX'ers that can help you I know Ben Is one just pm him

There is a section of the Rocketry planet forums that is all about EX.
Ben is a very successful EX mixer.
I'm sure you realize you must be at least L2 certified to legally create rocket motors.

Well Ben was still alive last time I checked so yes, he is very successful

One of the standards on the subject is Experimental Composite Propellant by Terry McCreary.
For best results, I'd suggest picking up a copy of Terry's book, and reading it. In addition, find someone in your area who has a proven record with making motors, and spend time working with that person.
Also, understand that just because you can successfully make a 38mm or 54mm motor doesn't mean you can make a 98mm that will work. Likewise folks who can make 98s can't necessarily make larger than 98mm.
Each step along the way is a new learning curve.

or how to mix experimental propellants, then there have been
several good replies above. If you're new to HPR and just looking
for information on how to safely build a reloadable motor using
commercially available hardware from Aerotech, Rouse-tech, etc. then
