This is the warning that I receive, in OpenRocket, while running the simulation for an Extreme Darkstar with an M-900 motor.

"Body Calculations May Not Be Entirely Accurate at Supersonic Speeds"

Exactly what does this mean?
Is this something that I should be concerned with?
Is this warning typical and to be expected for 'all' supersonic flight simulations?

OR is fond of saying this on any supersonic simulation. Usually I like to run rocket that is going to be supersonic through RASAeroII as an additional verification of what OR is telling me, then compare the two.
