NASA has been funding commercial companies for quite a while now. Now, New Glenn will fly a couple crafts to Mars in late 2024, if the booster is ready. There will be a 2 and 3 stage version. Guessing the Mars trip will use the 3 stage version.

NASA gave Phantom Space Corp some money too - interesting in what they will do. Cool name.
