I got this clip from a longer NASA Video
Doesn't this look like a BB 2 rocket with the checker board roll pattern on the airframe and fins ?

I have that one downloaded . Yep they are def Black Brant Rockets in the second video.
I have an original photo showing the mock up of the Black Brant Payload Section where
they are using a clear airframe and are arranging foam blocks inside the payload section
