Just that, did you watch it? did you like it? Did you have an opinion about it? Did it end as you expected it to?

Watched it, laughed throughout it, and will miss it.

Also loved that at the end of the season finale of Young Sheldon they tied into Big Bang.

A very well done and logical conclusion. I was happy to see more than a few broken things got repaired.

Nicely put, Mike. It was a satisfying end to a great series. The end bit on Young Sheldon was a nice touch and I enjoyed the "behind the scenes" half-hour show, too.

I liked it...and their appearance afterward on S.Colbert, with The Bare Naked Ladies playing the theme song.
Destined to live forever in reruns.

Not sure where the actors go from here, hope they are not typecast by the industry and their fans.
The history of post sit com series for the actors on Friends and Seinfeld doesn't exactly bode well, not sure many of those actors were in a show that came even close, or one that succeeded for very long.

Well, there were some flops, but from Friends Monica had Cougar Town and Joey now stars in Man with a Plan, and from Seinfeld Elaine had Veep. A few other actors have been fortunate to be in two smash hits, e.g.: Murray from Mary Tyler Moore became captain of the Love Boat, Frasier from Cheers had a longer run than the original series, Maude was later one of the Golden Girls, and Al Bundy from Married with Children is now on Modern Family.

I don't watch Young Sheldon, what happened?

It was a nice wrap up. It took 12 seasons, but they finally made Sheldon realize that the thing he wanted and needed most wasn't a Nobel Prize.

    I really liked it.

Haven't watched Young Sheldon but once, perhaps. Trying to use On-Demand to get it to record but the DVR is having a problem doing so right now.

As for the other actors, some of them had notable success before BBT. Like Kaley Cuoco, "8 Simple Rules" (which would have likely lasted longer if her "TV Dad", actor John Ritter had not died).

Johnny Galecki was on Roseanne for years, even showed up on the recent reboot.

Jim Parsons has been doing other gigs during off-time from the show. He was even in the movie "Hidden Figures".

And oh yeah, Mayim Bialik has had a longer career than anyone on the show.
Remember that show from the 1980's: "Young Amy"?
[IMG](Blossom) And in-between those gigs, among other things, she got a doctorate in neuroscience (for real)

The "previously on" scenes at the beginning of the episode included Howard's exploding Saturn V model rocket (ouch).

And, there were model rockets on the bench next to the radio in the Young Sheldon episode.

They referenced young Sheldon getting the Nobel, in the future, when he got older.

Still, I think this was the funniest bit on Young Sheldon….check the name on the notebook at 0:31.

And, it's worth noting that Maude itself was a spinoff from All in the Family.

I think they did a real warm and touching wrap up to a longtime favorite.

It was a worthing ending to a classy series. I will miss this show. Don't get me wrong, it is not Mash ending, but was good. Unlike many series finales, it was not rushed.

The MASH ending? As I recall (its been a while) but that was very depressing based on how enjoyable that show was. Seinfeld was also sort of a train wreck after a great run. Big Bang was very enjoyable, by far my favorite of the three.

Got to see Young Sheldon On Demand. Haven't cared for the spin-off, but the last few minutes were sure worth it. Here's the end:

I liked the show the first few years then for the story lines got too predictable. Also, good writing and witty humor stands on its own and doesn't need the annoying laugh tracks to trigger the viewers at home. In other words I lost interest after a few years.

They had a last wrap up that showed how they filmed in order to get live audience reactions even when they were filming in their “cars”. I don’t think there was a laugh track.

It's hard to go from one hit show to another. Of course, there was the queen, Lucille Ball, but she basically played the same character in two different shows. Ditto Bob Newhart. But what about this guy? Two polar opposites in which he scored big:

    With the Newhart-ish alternate ending:
*** WARNING: Slightly risque. You have been warned! ***

Yeah, the finale of "Newhart" is considered by many to be the best ever.

I also liked the last episode of "St Elsewhere".

And Star Trek TNG had a VERY great finale.

For current shows that are continuing, the Season Finale of NCIS was pretty much a mess, UNTIL the last minute. Holy crap. Way to jump-start next season. Though it's jumped the shark long ago.

Star Trek Discovery, this second season was so much better and fixed a lot of the first season. And OMG Captain Pike, and Anson Mount who played him. Heck of a 2-part ending for that one too, which also answered some "non-canon" issues, like why we never heard of Spock's adopted sister before.

Last but not least, The Orville got renewed! Some slow episodes then holy crap close to total devastation. Then things are OK again and holy crap a chain of events that affect history and the last episode was just freaking incredible. There, I said it without spoiling much for anyone who wants to catch it online.
