You are correct.
LOL! Then maybe the contest should be "Best looking competition rocket that placed!" (Placed meaning first though third?)
We have been having a yearly triathlon at our low power launch. Last year was the ABC triathlon. 1 rocket for all three events which were:
A parachute duration
B streamer duration
C spot landing
Another one we are trying to get in this year yet is the E75 card stock launch. That is if we get more rain.
Simultaneous launch of upscales or downscales of a certain rocket; points taken for misfires, given for number of models up to a certain point, craftsmanship, variation is scale, etc. All models have to be differently scaled, so only one can be the original rocket/kit.
"Alphabet soup:" build a rocket that can safely and successfully fly (unmodified) on the greatest range of motor classes. Meaning, no adding weight in between flights. Also, flying on the endpoints of the range counts as the whole range (e.g. flying on a G followed by a J gets the entire G-J range).
Separate names with a comma.
