Best Liability Waiver for Launches/Tests of high powered rockets?

Hi, I work with a "student space program." What are the most comprehensive liability waivers for launches and tests available online? Something of that nature would serve as a great guide in developing our own waivers.

The best I've seen is the FAR Waiver.

Waivers offer you no liability protection whatsoever. At best someone who doesn't know this may not pursue damages against you, until they meet a lawyer. A waiver and a liability insurance policy will offer you protection. About the same protection the liability insurance will give you alone.

I'm no lawyer, but I've had my hands in many a contract negotiations involving liability and hold harmless language.

Try googling for a release/waiver of liability including hold harmless language. These are common at shooting matches/firearm industry, so maybe start there?
