I plan to be there one day that weekend and fly my Cowabunga Mammoth on a M1850 and also my Square Rocket, probably on a K1200. I flew the big Cowabunga at Battlepark once last season but I have never flown my Square Rocket there.

I'm hoping to be out there on Saturday. I'm probably going to fly a couple of 38mm motors plus whatever 13, 18 and 24mm motors my kids decide to bring.

Doesn't look like the weather want me out there. With this rain I haven't been able to cast and it looks like its gonna rain even more so the field is gonna be wet.

The current weather forecast is looking better for Saturday. It looks like its supposed to be dry and light winds. Hopefully that holds up.

Yes, Saturday is looking good. The aviation forecast says 4 mph winds with 6.6 to 12K cloud level.

Friday is looking MUCH better! Friday will be clear and winds going from calm to 2 mph in mid afternoon and back to 1 mph by 5 pm with clear skies!

If you want to fly high, Friday is the day to do it!

Looks like Sunday will be rain early and 200 - 400 ft cloud deck. It will raise to 2K - 3K later, but 83% chance of rain.

Come help set up Friday and hit those high flying motors! Should be GREAT!

Unfortunately the January 4th makeup launch has been canceled due to weather. Hopefully the launch scheduled for the 11th and 12th will take place.
