BARCLONE Download Question

Can anyone advise how to download BARCLONE's RKT- Rocksim files? It has been a few years since I've downloaded from that site and I can't seem to figure out how it works. In the past I downloaded via link under "Save Target As" but appears no longer the option. I just get the file code.

right click, save link as , works for me on my win 7 desktop
