Out of curiosity, what are some of ya'lls bad habits when it comes to building rockets? My worst has to be not installing rail buttons or guides before installing the motor mount or fin can.
Learned that one on my first HPR build.Clear coating too soon........
The epoxy is drying on the last one...and the other one....and I'm waiting for parts for that one....Starting a new one before finishing the last one.

Yeah, lost the nose cone to a Hi-flier...good thing I have sparesWhen I built one at a time, I could keep my work place clean and tidy. Now I can barely keep track of where I'm at in everything and find anything.
That’s not a bad habit. It makes each launch that much more “exciting”.3. Spending lots of time and effort on finishing a rocket so that I'm nervous to fly them for fear of losing them.

On my Area 51 I didnt catch it until after the paint was on. Good thing there are fly away rail guides.I’ve fallen into that pit, but there ARE workarounds
