She played the Minbari ambassador Delenn.
Thanks for all the wonderful memories.

Delenn:
When I had to learn English, one of the most difficult words for me was "goodbye." There is no corresponding word for "goodbye" in Minbari. All our partings contain within them the possibility of meeting again: in other places, in other times, in other lives. So you will excuse me if I do not say "goodbye."

Anyone remember the Quinn-Martin T.V. production from the mid to late 60's "The F.B.I." :)

Of course!
Me and my brother used to watch it all the time.
Though I can't remember what time it was on. (I guess that's really showing My age ;) )

Now do You remember Hawiian Eye or 77 Sunset Strip? How about Dobie Gillis? I believe that is where Gilligan (Bob Bell) made his TV debut.

Bob Denver was Gilligan.
He also played the beatnik on Dobie Gillis.
I think his name was Maynard.
Anybody remember other QM productions?
I think 12 O'Clock High and The Invaders were a couple.
Maybe Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea as well.

Yes, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea was also Quinn-Martin.

Can’t think of any others than those you named right now.

Our local ME station plays Sci Fi Saturdays, including The Invader and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. But they are in the wee am hours of Sunday. I very rarely can stay up to watch them. And since we just have one of those $5 antenna pinned to the wall, there is no recording.
The good old days....
I think the time Babylon was on I was working too much to have a TV life, so I'm no familiar with that show.
But all those that are remembered have made a mark in our lives.

Its opening announcement, "The F. B. I. Starring, Efrem Zimbalist Jr.", is so engrained in my brain that when referring to his daughter, Stephanie Zimbalist, of Remington Steele (and little else) fame, it can be hard to remember that the "Jr." part doesn't go after here name too.

Farewell Mira Furlan. Farewell Delenn.

Yup - you're right. That tells you how important TV production companies' names have been to me. Thanks for the correction.

Somehow I missed the passing of most of these wonderful actors. Sometimes me getting old really sucks.

That's what happens when you live long enough: people you know, either in person, or through media, you out live them.

Andreas Katsulas was a heck of a nice guy as well. When our Rihanssu/Romulan group met him at a Convention. He liked the idea that our group had named a "ship" ( local sub-group) after his ST:TNG character Admiral Tomalak" and gave his blessing to our group as well as joining the group as honorary "Khre'Riov (Fleet Admiral).
