Yes. Amazing. It looks to me that the Falcon 9 first stage looses a lot of speed just to air drag in the landing process.

I noticed that too. The entry burn normally slows 1st stage down to ~ 5,000 km/s. Today the burn slowed the booster to ~ 4,000 km/s.

Great to see the the landing in it's entirety. Missed the X by the most I've seen in a long time, but still
