Apogee Nose Cone CD-ROM

Apogee is selling a DIY-info CD-ROM for making nose cones. It promises that one neeeds no special equipment, only those tools "every" rocketeer has on hand. And that's all the website has to say.

Does anyone know anything more about this item? Is it worth the ten bucks?

I got it about a week ago. I learned a lot and the video is well done. I have to admit I was disappointed with the amount of work involved with making the balsa nose cone. I think the use of a hand drill might speed up the extensive sanding involved.
