I used John Brohm's Estes Nose Cone/Kit List Reference to hunt for the nosecone, (after looking at the Puma (7256)'s instructions for the part number (73035)). There was no match. However, I poked around and found the 071095 nosecone (looks to be the same w/different part number).
A few other rockets that might interest you (having (apparently) the same nosecone) are:
P/N 071095, (Blow Molded)
1941* Fox Fire
1999 Corsair
2039 Space Racer
* The Fox Fire face card specifies the kit as 0.976"
(BT-50). This is an error - the Fox Fire is BT-20 based.
