Just email Gary and he can hook you up. Some vendors don't do it because of the paperwork involved on their end. Gary does it though.

Not all of them. I asked one last fall and they wouldn't do it for me. "Too much paperwork and too long of wait to get reimbursed" was the reason I was given.

The program is open to all vendors if they choose to participate. Therefore cti would not have a list if who actually does participate. There list would be every vendor that sells cesaroni
