Folks,
Well I finally decide to reorder the Amraam 4 in quantum tubing.
I almost finished pic to follow. I have a question on the fore and aft sections where the pistons reside. Do you drill pressure hole to keep the nose cone or booster section from prematurely separating? The instruction only have a Altimeter hole required.

It definitely won't hurt. The hole will be small enough to relieve any internal air pressure but not affect the ejection charge efficiency (not significantly anyway). I would put the holes in the airframe if I were building it.

Just my $0.02...
