The only aluminum containing rocket I ever built was my old "cold powered" Vashon industries one.. back in the 60's/70's....:wink:

Ooh, I had several Vashon "liquid fueled" rockets... they were SO cool. They also weighed about one ounce empty, the aluminum tubing in the body was maybe about .020".
