Beauty! I also built one using a Moldin' Oldies cone, and I have the parts cut out for an upscale using a Silly Putty egg for the nose cone bulges. (Not my idea. I "borrowed" it somewhere.) When does this one fly?

Very nice! I have one of the originals..And it is STILL not painted!

Super job on the finishing! :)

Forgive my partimers, but who is carrying the Moldin Oldies cones now?

Sirius, but they're tough to find on the website.;)

Fantastic rocket, absolutely fantastic.. Isn't this kit on the "supposedly to be re-released" line from Estes? I'd love to build one.

I think it is but it won't have the nose cone "bumps" from the picture I saw.

Now, let me think just how to make those 'bumps".

You really don't need the whole nose cone...just the bumps.

I've always liked that model and even have the clone parts someplace.

Beautiful work! Hope you get a great flight out of it.

Nice job, I love that design. Still have 2 built originals, fly them regularly. They're pretty rough though, it'd be great to have a nice new shiny one like yours!

I expect if/when this does get re-released, Sirius will get a flood of orders. I've already got mine :D
