not sure what they mean by 20000 horsepower, rocket motor output is not measured by horsepower. if they mean the turbopumps ran on that much power, they need to say that directly.
 
The text says 5 kN. I think maybe the description was written by someone who was on the project, but the title was written by a publicist? Not an excuse for promoting scientific illiteracy, though.

Horsepower is more eye-catching to the layman than Newtons. And 20,000 Hp is more impressive to that same layman than ~1000 lb thrust. So it's all about getting more clicks.
 
Well, it's still a "units" problem. There's no way to get from newton seconds to any sort of torque, or horsepower, or Joules or watt seconds. So the person who wrote the press release is an idiot and gets F- in physics class.
