Aerotech Universal Delay Drilling Tool for 54mm DMS Motor - Problem

Hi all. I have an Aerotech K535-14 DMS motor. I intended to use it today and tried to drill it down to a 10 second delay using Aerotech's Universal DMS drilling tool. When set to take 4 seconds off, the drill bit did not touch the delay grain at all. Out of curiosity I set to take 8 seconds off just to see if the drill bit would touch the delay grain. It still did not make contact. Is this a screwy motor or is there a different delay drilling tool for 54mm motors? I've used the tool before on smaller Aerotech motors with no problems.

Thank you, that was helpful!! It never occured to me that the universal tool might require an adjustment or that there was even a way to adjust it!

I tried his method but now the drill bit is beyond the point where the set screw contacts it. I'll just mark the drill bit and adjust the delay manually.
