I figure this doesn't really need to be in the research section - mods pls move if I'm wrong.

I'd like to know if anyone has a starting number for nozzle erosion in Burnsim for 54mm RCS Nozzles?

I know it's very propellant/geometry dependent, but what's a ballpark number for something like White Lightning?

Bursim wants in/sec which I assume to be the increase in radius as measured in in/sec.
Something in the 0.05in/sec seems close, but that's a guess.
Anyone know?

Thanks in advance.

I'd love to know this too except for 18mm. My plan is to measure every nozzle I bought before and after to experimentally determine this for my propellant. But it would be nice to get a rough estimate.

Like 0.005"/sec radius erosion or 0.010"/sec diameter erosion

Got this from someone very knowledgeable about erosive nozzles

Haven't tried but can negative values be used to simulate slag build up?
