Aeropac M38BE

Hi All,

I'm trying to understand something. Aeropac makes a minimum diameter retainer which has by-pass holes for ejection gasses to pass through (M38BE). If motor attachment point is where the ejection charge is normally, how is it possible for there to be motor based ejection? It seems as though a person would have to use electronic ejection if they are using this type of retainer... Thanks as always

The Aerotech RAS systems have a threaded forward ring that holds the spacers and still allow the use of the floating closures motor ejection.

Does CTI have a similar system?

Nope, it's Aerotech only, and 38mm only. Aero-Pack provides the part to do forward-retention of a CTI motor (MC38 and MC54), but this requires dumping the BP and screws into the charge well, plugging it (also plugs the touch hole into the delay grain section).
