AeroPac 38mm MD Retainer for CTI - Drawings/dimensions?

Does anyone have a drawing or dimensions (even if they are just sketched on a piece of paper) for an aeropac 38mm adapter for CTI?

Trying to figure out sizings without one is pretty difficult. If someone has one, would they mind taking rough measurements?

I'm trying to make a model of one, it does state the length there, but is that the overall length, or the length that is outside the motor, or some other length?
