The Apogee 29mm NCs are pretty nice.

PML makes a solid cast urethane conical nose cone, it's heavy and expensive ($14?) so probably not what you want.

There's two nose cones in the pack for that price.

With shipping, you can get 10 nose cones for US$40.25.
Hard to beat, since they're one piece styrene with the offset eye. Their PNC-56 cones like that are very heavy duty/high impact.
