I have a few "D" powered rockets and have LOTS of "C" motors. Does some one sell an adapter so i can use the "C" motors in the "D" motor mount? or can i make one easily myself?

TIA
Chuck

You simply build an 18mm motor mount for a BT50 tube. I believe Fliskits has a kit if you do not have the parts handy.

Take a spent D motor, knock out the nozzle. Glue in a thrust ring. You are all set :) . . . or you can simply use a C11 motor.

Oh... and a C6 for a Big Daddy is a BAD IDEA! Trust me on that one ;)

The FlisKits EMK-18-50 has an extra 20/50 centering ring allowing you to construct it as an adapter, making it very easy to use like that

I believe the Estes standard engine motor mount kit includes instructions
on how to build a 24mm to 18mm motor adapter.
