Couldn’t resist the Hobby Lobby clearance, and picked up a Yankee and a Goblin for about $8 for both. First of these kits I’ve ever built, and I’ve been building since 1980-something! (Still not doing a Bertha, for those keeping track...).

Built the Yankee as true to form as I could, because, ‘Merica!

Never have liked the black and yellow of the Goblin, so I went with what would make sense to me. Decals forthcoming on the Goblin......as of now, I’m still smelling paint fumes!

it's actually "Gloss Citrus Green"
Damn near bought this today, but I couldn't find a color to pair it with. Decided instead to go "Satin Oxford Blue"/"Satin Spiced Amber" with a white stripe in an homage to Luton Town F.C.

The color does go well with Purple, I used that same "Citrus Green" with Pumpkin orange and purple for this rocket. It looks green next to something very yellow, otherwise it does look quite yellow!
