51.5" long 14.6 pounds flying on a 0% M motor.

That looks like fun Tony. I can't wait to check it out. When are you planning to fly it?

if I can get it to ignite, it will be fun! Hopefully this weekend. This is one of four I want to fly.

PS..be advised no CNC or 3D parts inside. Mostly an old beat up atlas lathe and hand tools.

Sims?

And, did you do anything special for the fin attachment?

The Kestrel was modified for the K300 motor..yep it got some thin air. This rockets is a bunch or parts not really fitting so good.

I've been trying to beat my own (old) TRA research 75mm under 26" long motor. I put some other parts together a couple years ago. IIRC it went to 24K. I did not apply for the recordd because it was not a "clean" flight. I broke to two of the eight shroud lines on my chute. (I know it was something easily "fixed" But I wanted a clean flight) I flew that rocket again last year and ended up "misplacing it".

I've been doing more 'rocket teaching' then flying lately. I have the next two weekends out at Black Rock to catch up on "things".

I just did a quick sims (yep built (put parts together) first) then did a sims. 23K mach 2ish.
