About three years ago, I started work on my biggest rocket. It’s a 7.5x upscale of the Estes Echo, which I call Massive Reverb. Well, it’s finally done (other than paint), and has flown successfully!
The rocket is built with LOC tubes (other than the 75mm motor tube, which is PML), and a LOC nosecone. Fins have a layer of 10 ounce glass then a 4 ounce layer tip to tip. 5.5” diameter, around 7.5’ tall. Flew on a K456 dark matter motor to a bit over 2100’. Loved it!
