I'm looking for a 54mm flying saucer.
My budget is $40 if possible, if not, no problem, I can raise it eventually.

Thanks,

You can’t even make one yourself for $40.

Challenge accepted. ;)

But seriously. If your budget is $40...... you do know what 54mm motor cost, right? The one thing I wish I had done in rocketry, is staying within my limits. I got way past them, and now am working on focusing up and flying what I can fly comfortably and without stress.

If you have the skills, go to you local agriculture supple store and buy a large wok. About $30 and you can make your own.

Easily done [40 bucks] with plastic cardboard, type used for Real estate yard signs, molding strips & Al duct tape or fiberglass strips and a good design. I ain't designing it for you though, do some research and find one.

Hint; look for "Hexar" dlb design, and modify it. His flies on central 54 and 3-38's

I might have been a little brash. It can be done, but you will not buy one for that unless someone is being very charitable.

You could also make a foam board dome.

You need to get in contact with Kenrico. I fly his Funk Saucer on 38's all the time. Pretty much a crowd pleaser and we've drag-raced a half dozen for fun and misfortune...

Art is on vacation. Keep monitoring his website.

The 54 is $120 plus shipping. I can not remember the price on the 38.
