What is the OD or motor case wall thickness? 75mm seems to be 1/8" but 98mm has several ranging from 1/8" to 3/16" wall.

98 Bulkhead will fit 3.5" ID or 3/16" wall
75 Bulkhead will fit 2.75" ID or 1/8" wall
