4" SI repairs

Well it is time to make some repairs to the old satellite interceptor since it has been sitting for 8 years. She did not fare so well the last flight as the shock cord wrapped around the rear fin and decided to remove it, because decided to not use a drogue chute. Also figured I would update the ebay internals.

Well since I was wrapping tubes, figured it would be a good time to fix this fin.

Nice repair. A little buff, prime, and paint and you will not be able to nice.
