Found 4" Nose Cone (Any Style)

I recently got some 4" diameter cardboard tubes that someone was giving away as Uline Surplus.
Long story short, I want to do something absolutely ridiculous with it.
Any assistance on getting there is appreciated!

Plastic nose cones are preferred.
