4" 4:1 Conical Nose Cone

Does such a thing exist? Ideally this would fit a LOC 4" air frame or Mad Cow/Rocketrywarehouse fiberglass air frame. All I can find are 5:1's. I'm not super picky so long as the dimensions are reasonably correct. Thanks!
