I've been posting some of my designs to Thingiverse (once they mostly work).
So far there is:

Peanut (13mm): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2854353
Pathfinder (18mm): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2771395
WAC Corporal (18mm, 1/10th scale): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2745737
Nike Smoke (24mm, 1/10th scale): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2933203
Aerobee (18mm, 1/10th scale): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3236440
Sign Here Please (29mm): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2885052
Checked Baggage (38mm): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3164819

I posted up a number of rocket related files in Thingiverse. here is a snapshot:

1) Mobius Action cam rocket mount: (from 2013)

2) Saturn V launch Tower

This was also posted in 2013 and it's a specific replacement for my 10" polecat. Need a BIG printer to print it unless you want to cut it into pieces - at least 400mm Z height. I also uploaded the sketchup file if you want to modify it. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:104604

3) 38mm motor high powered rocket parts

Uploaded in 2014 - fincans and nosecone's for 54mm tubes. Actually flown this several times. Still have the autocad files if anyone wants them.

I now post more often on myminifactory.com as I like their laze-fair policies more.

Nice, how does the Mobius camera stay secured to the mount?

Sorry for the late reply. If you turn the Mobius upside down, you will see it has groves and indentations at the end. My holder has tracks that fit in the groves, and two tabs at the end which push little posts into the indentations. It won’t come out during flight. Worse, it hard to get out generally - I have to use two flat head screwdrivers to pull the tabs away to pull the camera out. Kind of a three handed job :)

Sure, please post the cad files, the middle tube is missing from the thingiverse

Sorry about that. I just uploaded the middle tube onto Thingiverse - should be complete now. Solidworks file is attached here in a zip file - won't accept the SolidWorks extension. Note, this file is from Solidworks 2012, but should import fine in later versions. I've moved on to fusion 360, and onshape for my cad needs.

My OpenSCAD configurable components are buried on a thread that people may miss, so I thought it would be a good idea to put links to them here in the 'repository'.

All of these items are OpenSCAD language files that are used with the OpenSCAD CAD program. Knowledge of the language or use of the CAD system is not necessary - all of the files use the OpenSCAD Customizer feature, which places configurable parameters in a (somewhat) easy to use set of controls and entry fields. The user must, however, install OpenSCAD and do some minor configuration to use the Customizer. All of this is detailed pretty clearly (I think) in the first item.

In several cases, I've included the original item post, which contains instructions and screenshots of the item, and a follow-up post with updated code. In all cases, the code is in the form of a downloadable .txt file, which must be renamed to .scad for use by OpenSCAD. All of the files can be opened in a text editor, and they usually contain OpenSCAD install instructions in the comments, plus instructions for use of the item.

After I go through and clean these up, I'll eventually get them all on Thingiverse. Enjoy.

CONFIGURABLE FIN CAN << This first post details OpenSCAD installation and use, and instructions for use of the Fin Can. The OpenSCAD file is updated in a follow-up post here.

TRANSITION SECTION GENERATOR

CONFIGURABLE TRAPEZOIDAL FIN CAN

CONFIGURABLE CENTERING / CLUSTER RING GENERATOR

CONFIGURABLE FIN GUIDE

CONFIGURABLE TUBE DRILL GUIDE

CONFIGURABLE RAIL BUTTON STANDOFFS... but this was replaced by...
CONFIGURABLE AERODYNAMIC RAIL BUTTON STANDOFFS with updated code here.

CONFIGURABLE INTERIOR RAIL BUTTON NUT BACKPLATES with updated code here.

Gee, I didn't realize there were that many. I really need to work on some more.

Now that I have flight tested the thing, here is a link to a 1-piece low profile shroud for an 808 camera. Fits a 4" airframe and stayed on at Mach 1.1

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3626341

I have it on my list to do a 3" version, but haven't got there yet.

I am attempting to start a group where we could collaborate on creating and improving rockets and parts. I think github might be better than thingiverse because it allows sharing, tracking versions, etc.
https://github.com/3dp-rocket

I am open to any ideas on how we could get this going. If you have parts or designs you want to share please let me know or create an "issue" on the project page (you might need to create a github account first) and I will add you as a member.

I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions.

You can print: Apollo Saturn V Doodles. I'm entertaining the notion of 3" to 2" to standard 29mm tubing for a 150 scale Saturn V model. Just printing rev 1 right now. I'll update if there are any changes.
