One-piece fin can designed for LOC BT-3.00 tube. Features four diamond airfoil fins with large fillet radii at the root. There is also a pad with a heat-set 6-32 brass insert to mount a 1010 rail button. The can is made from annealed PLA Pro, giving it excellent rigidity, as well as heat and impact resistance.
Three are available in White. Asking $25 each shipped to the continental USA via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day. I custom make a form fitting box for each one to keep the shipping weight under a pound.
On this run, I made the fin root .25” longer, all other finished dimensions are the same. I also annealed these over a mandrel, which I hadn’t done before. This helps keep the can nice and round with consistent size.
