OK, another deign challenge!! Although this one is a bit more involved, therefore you have a month to produce a result..

Design me a tray, something to help assemble a typical 29mm or 38mm motor.

Remember your first time assembling a motor? Remember how the parts always seems to roll off the table? Remember how you always seem to misplace an O-ring, only to find it stuck to the back of your arm? Remember how hard it was to assembled the delay element,a dn have it come apart once teh poweder & tape have been applied?!!

Yeah, we all do!!

Design me a caddy / a tray that can hold all the motor elements, in order / proper sequence. Something that can be used to organize the parts for easy assembly, to ensure the parts are used up & not missed, so pats don't roll away or get blown away.. Something to help a newbie build their first few motors, to gain confidence in the myriad of parts!

(Remember to design it to fit most printer beds, so a modular design might be in order, one with 'jig saw' tabs to join it all together..)
