Here's my entry for the 3D printing contest. It's a BT-60 (~1:93) sport-scale Apollo capsule and LES tower base, made for my 3" Saturn 1B. The LES motor itself is not part of the design- it's made from a 1/4" dowel.

It has flown twice- my profile pic was grabbed from flight 2.

Printed on a Form2 SLA printer.

Yep. I've printed this on a "normal" printer (Prusa) but the resin printer does a much better job on all the tiny details.
 
Haven't used a SLA printer in a long time. The company that I used to work for had one that was a very expensive model and printed very well. Is the quality of the print normal for the Form2? The design is great and I will be looking at printing it for a friend that is doing a scale model. I would have thought that a SLA printer would have been nearly flawless considering how it prints the object. What types of issues do you run into?
