For a motor system I developed some 3/8" nylon exploding bolts. They are 2" long and use a regular e-match and 0.25 grams BP to separate. They are threaded for a 1/4-20 plug to keep everything in. they are 2" total length under the head, with 1" of that threaded. In my testing I they failed holding approximately 20 pounds in tension. My application I used three of them. I've got some leftover - is anyone interested? I don't know what they would be worth - maybe $2.50 each?
