Looks good. When you decide to do a run let me know. What length is the tubing?

I can run about 40 inches on the current mandrel. I usually put a radial wrap of carbon tow at the end of each section. So for my normal use I would make each section to the right length versus one big long piece that you cut up.

I would be interested in two 34 to 36" tubes and a nose cone. When you are ready shoot me a message and let me know how much.

This is the first part out of the mold. It has not been sanded or finished. The fit is smooth and snug and does not shake loose. A looser fit can be achieved with minimal sanding. These nose cones and the tubing will require sanding and finishing but the price will reflect that.

Please note, I am not trying to sell these for a living. I would like to help some of our members build a really light weight rocket that is durable.
Please contact me via PM with your interest.

To all, I am at the big EAA airshow in Lakeland this week so it could take a little time to respond.
Thanks for being patient.

I just pulled the second part from the new mold. It is tinted FG. I added a second step to the process and which resulted in zero voids. The photos show it right out of the mold. 44384A58-4C07-4923-864C-557EB77F2CC2.jpeg0FE432AA-F9BF-4C4C-A92D-9AF50D1628F7.jpegF30A803D-F33D-44BA-9789-5B32ACEFAF84.jpeg
